Abstract

Subject and goals. The aim of the work is the selection and design of electric dehydrator desalting plant, simulation of flow hydrodynamics using software platforms Salome, Code Saturn, Elmer modernization to prevent the process of short-circuit electrodes.
Results and conclusions. The paper presents the development of a certain design of the electric dehydrator. The results of the study can be used in the oil and gas processing industry. With the help of the above-mentioned software products, the necessary processes of modeling of the gilraulic dynamics in electric hydrators were carried out for optimal modernization in order to prevent the process of short-circuit of the electrodes.
